Julian Ryder, FullCircle Chair
Julian Ryder is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of The Right Brain Project, a creativity education and training firm that helps leaders build cultures where communication deepens, collaboration expands, and creativity becomes a source of growth and possibility.
His career has been devoted to helping people and organizations realize their creative potential. As former Chair of the Communication Design Department at ArtCenter College of Design, Julian mentored a generation of creative leaders. Earlier, as a Creative Director at leading New York and Los Angeles advertising agencies, he created award-winning work for Nike, Honda, Procter & Gamble, the Australian Tourist Commission, and many others.
Julian is the author of Thriving on Creativity: A Leader’s Guide to Building a Creative Future.
A lifelong surfer, golfer, skier, and snowboarder, Julian lives in Hermosa Beach, California, with his wife, Joanna.
