Join us for one of our upcoming LAMP (Leadership and Mentoring Program) workshops. LAMP brings together small groups of FullCircle members for a two-day intensive on creative leadership and mentoring, followed by a three-month volunteer mentoring commitment pairing you with an ArtCenter graduate. It's a chance to sharpen your own leadership practice while giving back to the next generation of creatives.
Participants leave LAMP workshops with:

Strategies for fostering creative growth in emerging designers
A stronger network of fellow industry and community leaders

Hosted by Vode Lighting in Sonoma, CA. Arrive Friday, February 5 for a group kickoff dinner, then join us for full-day workshops Saturday and Sunday. A wonderful chance to build your leadership and mentoring skills while enjoying Sonoma wine country.
Pasadena Workshop — March 6–7, 2027
ArtCenter Alumni Center, 1111 S. Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena, CA. A full weekend workshop close to home for our Southern California community.
